At our Council #7241 July 13, 2017 Business Meeting, Brother Brian Fishback volunteered to remove the tree branches from the dead tree next to the Social Hall. Marty Martinez, Grand Knight requested other Brothers to assist with this charitable project. Brother George Loughner and Brother Michael Jones were there the next morning after Mass to assist Brother Brian. Also, they went to two neighbor's homes along the fence and removed the tree branches from their backyards. The neighbors were very thankful! The Mother's Day Dinner was a great success. Here is the Grand Knight Dennis Zanardi, and Past Grand Knight Michael Jones, presenting Mary Ann Wilson of the St. Vincent de Paul Society with a check for $1156.00. The Silver Rose came to our parish On Sunday, July 13th. The Knights Council conducted a rosary in honor of the Patroness of the Americas, and the Squires Circle led the procession.
The Past Grand Knights Dinner was held on August 9th, to honor those members with 25 years of service or more. Bro. Carlos Viña was chosen as the 2013-2014 Knight of the Year.
The annual Spouse's Dinner was delicious. Thanks, Tony, Bill, Rick, Ken, Victor, Beora & Cecelia, for managing the dinner amid the worst storm of the year!
